Testimonials

“I started working with Sarah while marathon training. She helped me get to the root of some pesky niggles that no one else I’d worked with could figure out. Not only did I PR in that race but I felt stronger than ever thanks to Sarah’s ability to see the whole picture and get to the root of things! She’s incredibly patient and understands what it takes to balance high mileage training and overall health. Now as I return to running postpartum, Sarah is helping me regain confidence and strength to set up a good foundation. She has incredible expertise and helps me understand what my body needs to recover and rebuild so I can get back to doing what I love. She just gets it and will do what it takes to help her athletes heal and improve! Seriously don’t know where I’d be without her!”

“Sarah is an amazingly dedicated health and fitness professional who is truly invested in her patients' success. Sarah has guided me through numerous injuries with a long-term approach that looks beyond just the immediate pain symptom and addresses the underlying weaknesses or imbalances causing an injury. Sarah's expertise has made me stronger and healthier, and empowered me to fully pursue my running goals. I can confidently say that I would not be the runner I am without Sarah!”

“I started running after having twins when I discovered that the roads were suddenly a lot more peaceful than my house. Unfortunately like many new runners, I got caught in an injury cycle that the PT I went to couldn’t figure out how to resolve. Frustrated and in pain, I put running goals aside. Three years ago I decided to give running another shot when a friend told me about her “amazing” PT. My friend was right. Sarah looked beyond the pain I experienced when running and identified my underlying weaknesses and I’m imbalances (there were a lot). Then she methodically worked with me to rebuild the strength and mind muscle connections I needed to not only run, but train at a high level. She has also worked with me on run specific form drills to help improve my gait.
When I first saw Sarah I wasn't running at all and hadn’t raced in years. Last spring I ran my first marathon and qualified for Boston. Sarah was instrumental in that progress.”

“I have been doing some of Sarah’s weekly HIIT/Strength workouts for a long time, but I really needed her when I tore my achilles tendon playing soccer in March of 2022. Sarah is amazing at in-clinic PT work as she excels at finding that perfect balance of pushing you to see how far you can go in your recovery while also making sure you’re doing so safely and comfortably. Rehab from a serious injury is just as much a mental grind as it is a physical one and Sarah knows that. Once I moved beyond clinic work to work with her on ‘back to sports’ specific training, things really took off. Sarah designed workouts to help me build up the physical and mental strength necessary to get back on the field well ahead of my doctor’s initial prognosis. Sarah pushes you beyond your comfort zone but never in a way that feels punishing. It is obvious from the moment you start working with her that she truly loves what she does and is in it to help get you where you want to go. I wouldn’t trust anyone else in the world with sports injuries or performance questions and despite the fact that she kicks my butt, I always have fun doing her workouts and look forward to my time with her every week.
Without Sarah, I know I wouldn’t have made it back to the field to play soccer when I did.
She is an amazing person and an absolute joy to work with.”
